Entry Level Pharmaceutical Sales Rep

As one of our Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (Entry Level), you will work 60-90 days in a lead generation role managing and developing long-term relationships with other healthcare professionals, including independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, dispensing physicians, hospitals, amongst others. As such, each rep will represent Wellgistics in their assigned territory helping healthcare professionals learn about the benefits of working with Wellgistics and its products. We are looking for consistent, high performing individuals willing to commit to their craft and learn the pharmaceutical industry.

Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Job Responsibilities:

- Within the first 60-90 days, work as a lead generation rep, touching thousands of healthcare professionals nationwide, honing your craft of pharmaceutical sales, while learning the ins and outs of pharmaceutical distribution.

- Promote and sell products to current and potential customers in a defined geography.

- Develop, analyze, prioritize and execute in order to execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.

- Uses functional and technical knowledge of pharmacology products, healthcare, pharmaceutical market places and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs. Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development.

- Establish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with healthcare professionals.

- Actively participate in scheduled company daily and monthly sales meetings.

- Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related matters.

- Complies with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of activities.

Pharmaceutical Sales Rep opening qualifications:

- Have some sales experience with good sales abilities and have the entrepreneurial spirit and drive to help grow our business

- Have some sales abilities or sales experience in quota driven role

- Have some education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products

- Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning

- High sense of urgency in particular with regards to customer service orientation

- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
