Full description of the position

  • Managing a portfolio of Commercial Maintenance Contracts.
  • Directing and training of Operations Managers
  • Client Relations Management and Customer Service
  • Driving team efficiency to meet Branch Goals
  • Identifying sales opportunities and creating proposals for clients
  • Utilizing company resources and knowledge base to create exceptional client experiences
  • Manage and set expectations for quality control.
  • Scheduling and Logistics while utilizing our operations software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
