Job Description

In the luxury niche business of Society Awards, the Sales Operations Analyst role will function as an assistant to the Chief of Staff. The COS here is a right-hand woman to the CEO and leaders of each department. The Sales Operations Analyst will support the COS with data analysis for each department, most importantly finding patterns in the sales operations, process and actual revenue figures over time, to find accounts that need attention, to draw the sales department’s attention to opportunities, and to improve efficiency. However, there will be exposure to the functions of technology, marketing support, internal training and recruiting. We need someone who is amazing with spreadsheets and data analysis, who loves doing deep dives to find the answer, and who is open to being involved in more aspects of a luxury creative business like Society Awards.

We are looking for a high-performing sales operations analyst to work with leadership to implement and audit our sales operations, coordinate activities, ensure the smooth operations of the office, and perform various administrative tasks as required. The ideal candidate will be organized, approach tasks with an analytical and strategic mentality, and have enthusiasm to solve any challenge! Ideally this candidate is a very process driven person, with at least an interest in creativity, design, or fashion, to connect the dots between the data and the beautiful work – and beautiful marketing – that we actually produce.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the activities of one or more senior level employees
• Use tools and reporting to evaluate team performance towards critical metrics.
• Implement and maintain business solutions and recommendations to improve performance.
• Track business performance and provide insights Maintain departmental office supplies, establish and maintain administrative files, and ensure the organization and smooth operation of the office
• Support CRM adoption and handle ongoing engagement with including user management, data management, reporting and auditing.
• Gather data using CRM and other data-mining techniques and analyze results.
• Perform various data entry and other administrative duties.
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or related practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, finance, management consulting, or an analytical/operational role.
• Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making.
• Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiative.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be proficient in the use of PC, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite (Highly skilled in all facets of Microsoft Excel)
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
