ADH is a fast growing company founded in 2020 and quickly becoming a leader in emergency property restoration services. We work on both commercial and residential losses due to natural disasters caused by water, fire, mold and biohazard from the initial clean-up to complete structure restoration.
We have an opening for a Sales/Business Development Team member. You would be a key team member in promoting our business and brand. Your key role would be to generate sales and cultivate customer relationships, while demonstrating our company’s codes, values and make ADH Disaster Restoration the company people call when disasters strike. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented and ambitious. You must be able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis, work at a fast paced level with positive results to assure we see continued success.
Specific Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Develop strong business partnerships and Increase sales through building relationships with current and potential customers/clients
- Primary goal is to sell ADH Disaster Restoration services to commercial building owners via storm analysis, fire/water damage scouting and cold calling on buildings/properties, property managers and insurance agencies/adjusters
- Assess, optimize and elevate operation to target current and expected demands
- Drive new business development and client acquisition through calling, lead generation and exceptional customer service
- Make sales calls to potential customers and referral sources
- Promote brand awareness by attending local networking events
- Promote ADH Disaster Restoration services to grow revenue
- Utilize CRM to develop target customer list
- Follow up on leads/referred jobs
Requirements:
- 5+ years proven B2B sale experience, preferably in residential and commercial disaster restoration or commercial construction
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, positive mindset and customer focused
- Exceptional Sales, negotiation, communication and organizational skills
- Self motivated and self-starter
- Strong communication skills and solutions minded
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills
- Proven ability to create new business and client relationships is a must
- Executing Restoration Service Agreements with Building Owners / Property Managers
- Have existing relationships with property managers, adjusters and insurance agents
- Discuss Property Loss Assessments (PLA) and other benefits of pre-disaster planning with potential clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary $50-60 plus commission

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
