Griffinstone Insurance is one of the fastest growing Insurance agencies in MA and the United States. Right now we are looking to add talented entry level sales people to our winning team. This position is an amazing opportunity to get your foot in the door in an entry level role in sales. How the job works is we provide you with hot leads to call and you get the customers on the phone and then transfer them to our sales agents. Candidates who thrive in this role are fast tracked to become licensed sales agents where you can make well over $100,000 per year. The compensation for this position is a base salary plus a commission for each transferred call. Expected yearly compensation for this entry level position is between $50,000-$80,000 depending on performance!
