The LoopNet team is growing rapidly, and we are building a powerhouse sales force to accelerate our growth.
As a sales advisor on the Inside sales team, internally you will work closely with a talented group of leaders, marketers and product specialists who have deep knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate and digital marketing strategies. Externally, you will play a critical role in growing CoStar LoopNet Digital Advertising revenue by selling advertising and marketing solutions to new customers and growing existing customer revenues by advising owners and brokers on the best ways to advertise properties online. Additionally, you will ensure a high degree of customer service is applied to every transaction and by doing so will build deep and lasting relationships with your client base. As a Sales advisor, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle. We provide every new Sales Advisor with extensive training to ensure they are equipped with the product and the industry knowledge they need to be successful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Relationship Management – Develop strategic relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and be an essential component of their strategic marketing plan
- New Business Development – Field Inbound Phone calls and prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business
- Teamwork – Partner with colleagues to drive LoopNet.com revenue
- Educate clients on the value of LoopNet through virtual demonstrations
- Customer Focus – Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing valuable insights, and offering appropriate solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goal
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- One or more years of sales experience, preferably in web, publications, newspaper or magazine advertising sales or equivalent experience in the commercial real estate industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
