Full description of the position

We are seeking a Motivated and Positive Sales Representative with Shopify Experience to drive sales through our online store. You will be responsible for generating leads, identifying customer needs, and closing sales deals while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a positive attitude, strong sales skills, proficiency in using Shopify and comfortable and capable to explore new leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate leads and drive sales
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions through our products/services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a related field
  • Shopify experience and proficiency
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and energy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn and understand technical products and services quickly
