We are looking for a Pre-construction Coordinator to support our Project Management Team. This position will work closely with our team to solicit bids from subcontractors, compile bid documents and communicate necessary details to the team and subcontractors.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Solicit for new bids daily from subcontractors by phone then email
• Obtain multiple bids in timely manner to meet construction schedule
• Review subcontractor bids and submit for review and approval
• Organize and maintain bid logs by project
• Prepare material orders
• Submit material orders for review and approval
• Ensure material delivery meets construction schedule
• Contract management
• Send and receive contracts to meet construction schedule
• Maintain contract logs by project
• Maintain a log of clarifications and project specifications
• Obtain Certificates of Insurance, email subcontracts, obtain warranties from subcontractors, and ensure that all policies and procedures are carried out in a timely fashion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
