At Gulfside Motorsports our method of sales is unlike others in the Motorcycle and Scooter industry. We pay for performance. You'll bonus each quarter depending on your ability to satisfy your customers and close sales. We are not pushy with our customers. Our job is to guide them and provide information. This is done both on the internet and in our retail location. Our salespeople work with customers through email, phone and in person. We have a reputation for incredible service and take great pride in that. Our atmosphere is casual but very fast paced.

Requirements/What we are looking for:

· A strong sense of urgency to reach out and start conversations.

· A detail-oriented focus so that customers and coworkers understand where things stand.

· Strong communication skills across all methods of interaction (In person, phone, email, text, live chat, etc).

· A customer service focused mindset.

• Willing to help all aspects of the business. Clean, assemble, maintain the store, leasrn minor recondition and touch up
• Know or be willing and able to Learn Harley models and features.
• A stront desire to achive results

· A desire to learn, improve and continue to grow with the business.

· Solid computers skills with the ability to operate within multiple software systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
