Call Center Representative for Business Development Center (BDC)

All candidates must reside in the Chattanooga/North Georgia region/area. Currently this position will be a remote position. All candidates must be able to transition to an office position if and when necessary. The candidate must have the ability to work both remotely and in-office.

What are we looking for?

We are currently hiring call center representatives to join our telephonic customer care team for our BDC Service Call Center. Responsibilities are but not limited to answering a high volume of incoming calls and making outbound calls for all of Mountain View’s Service Departments. We are looking for individuals who can work both as a team player and independently and always maintain an enthusiastic, confident, friendly, and professional attitude.

Requirements:

• This is an entry level or intermediate position, seeking 1-2 years experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or as an operator or receptionist
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve quickly while speaking with customers
• Must be highly organized to complete work in a timely manor
• Comfortable with navigating computer and using multiple platforms
• Punctual and dependable with the ability to work a 40-hour week with flexible hours (Monday – Saturday; 7:30am-6:00pm)
• Always maintains a professional appearance and attitude
• Exceptional communication including proper diction and grammar skills. Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
