Gateway Logistics, Inc. is looking to add an Inside Sales Account Representative to the team!

What You Will Do:

• Build a book of business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building.
• Set and meet daily, weekly, and monthly load/margin goals.
• Understand customers’ needs and provide customized solutions.
• Communicate with our Operations team to ensure your customers’ freight delivers on time.
• Utilize prospecting tools to generate your own leads.
• Keep your customers updated on the status of their shipments.
• Input new customer information into our CRM (customer relationship management software).
• Set pickup and delivery appointments.
• Keep yourself current on market trends to best provide rates to customers.
• Not only add new customers, but also grow current accounts.
• Work in our Office Environment Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

• Prior Experience NOT required- we'll teach you what you need to know!
• Must be willing to learn how to build and maintain relationships with people over the phone.
