Optician / Optical Sales Responsibilities

• Assists the Optometrist with all scheduled appointments
• Process eyeglasses, including pricing, measuring, coding and documenting
• Frames and lens selection based on patient needs
• File vision care plans
• Final inspection of completed jobs before dispensing to patients
• Provide office support as needed

Optician / Optical Sales Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Strong sales ability and an eye for fashion
• High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office skills helpful
• No experience necessary; will train

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
