Würth Revcar Fasteners, Inc., a division of the Würth Group, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our family-oriented company. Our focus is on developing comprehensive, custom inventory management solutions that provide our customers with maximum efficiency, control, and transparency.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for growing sales to achieve sales goals for current core industries and emerging industries and markets.
• Responsible for prospecting customers to gain new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and increasing opportunities with existing customer.
• Create and maintain professional business relationships with key decision makers.
• Utilization of consultative selling skills.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure retention, growth and client satisfaction.
• Complete regular sales call plans & results as well as other basic company reporting.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Four year degree is required
• Experience with fastener related products/applications is a plus
• Experience in industrial sales is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Outlook required
• Good driving record is required - Regular travel will be required
• Strong communication skills - ability to effectively relay information to the customer and coordinate with business partners
