Ocean Ranch Real Estate is currently seeking 5 real estate agents to join our team in Northern County San Diego, California. Agents must be licensed in California and will work remotely.

We are currently partnered with one of the fastest growing tech-focused brokerages in California, Link Brokerages. With our partnership we are able to offer our agents a modern approach to conducting business within Real Estate. Our office prioritizes technology, support, and marketing. All agents will be able to work personally with our team to help accelerate their career. We provide our agents with all the right tools to streamline day-to-day operations, generate more leads, and maximize success in the field of Real Estate.

We like to be as transparent as we can when it comes to agent splits and fees. All agents have a baseline 80/20 split and pay $70/mo for everything. THAT IS IT! We will be covering TC fees, E&O insurance, and just about anything else.
