ACTIVELY RECRUITING for a high-functioning and EXPERIENCED International Sales Manager / New Business Development Ocean-Air Import/Export Operations Specialist for a straight-up GROWING company in the Chicago market!

Subject matter expert in Import/Export operations with high international sales proficiencies.

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in International Import/Export Freight Forwarding
  • Clear understanding of various freight forwarding supply chain solutions and service offerings
  • Knowledge of industry terminology, market trends, and best practices of inside sales and outside customer service skillset
  • Demonstrated client-facing customer sales experience
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and bold attitude and a confident personality
  • Analytically minded with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Firm belief in the power of automation and keen interest in implementing technology
  • An active learner with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive “can do” attitude
