Responsibilities:

Administrative

• Accounts Receivable and Collections
• Sales Order Tracking
• Sales, warranty, and shipment support for all Inteq customers and territory managers.
• Responsible for distributing customer statements, payments, and deposits
• Application of payments in NetSuite
• INTEQ Distributors office management (supplies, organization, etc.)
• Answering all incoming calls for the INTEQ Distributor’s Office
• Assist with Monthly inventory and Inventory reporting
• Responsible for submitting weekly and monthly reports to the management team

Marketing

• Assist in maintaining, organizing and reporting on company CRM data bases
• Maintain digital marketing email lists
• Help to create, schedule and track eblasts and other digital marketing activities
• Administer, track, and report company’s marketing coop credits.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on active marketing programs
• Social Media
• Create Content
• Social Media Posts & Planning
• Track & Report Social Media Metrics.

Sales Support

• Brochure Stocking & Ordering
• Lead Generation
• Market Research
• Distribute, Administer, track, and report all sales leads and follow up activities
• Event Planning – Trade Shows, Customer Events, Open Houses, Trainings and other events as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least five years of demonstrated success in an administrative or sales support role
• Outgoing Personality
• Marketing Acumen
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Must be computer literate; an intermediate or above user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• CRM Database entry experience is a plus
• Bi-lingual is a plus
