Off the Vine Catering is seeking an addition to our sales team. Candidates should possess a passion for creative cuisine, must enjoy seeking out new clients/leads while being goal oriented with a desire to exceed targets and establish a collection of dedicated and lucrative clients.

We offer a unique combination of catering and special event experience to our guests. Our team of chefs, event planners and servers/bartenders are top notch, dedicated to their work through excellent fare and warm hospitality. Our standard for catering and event planning provides flawless service with creative cuisine, perfectly paired for the occasion.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the owners of the company to ensure all catering menu proposals are presented to the client accurately & effectively. Ensure that all appropriate communication for upcoming business is complete and distributed in a timely manner to the management team. Communicate with customers to gather desired menu, logistics, performing site visits to understand the scope of the event, writing proposals, making follow-up calls, emailing along with various correspondence.

Qualifications

Individual must have a minimum of 2 years operational experience with a catering company, full service hotel, or other related field or equivalent experience.

Bachelor's degree a plus.

Holds oneself to the highest of standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior

Exceptional customer service skillset a must

Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, be a team player and have the ability to creatively think and work within the full range of all that is entailed with being a successful premier catering company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
