Our client is a global manufacturing company with an office based in Suffolk County seeking a Sales Specialist and account management support.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55,000 plus commission

Position Overview:

The ideal Sales Specialist will be on site and traveling throughout the assigned territory occasionally reporting to the office in Suffolk County, MA. The Sales Specialist is personable, an excellent communicator, and highly motivated to achieve assigned goals.

Responsibilities of the Sales Specialist:

• Preparing sales reports for upper management review
• Partnering with other Sales Specialists for collaboration
• Creating brand awareness by effectively communicating product knowledge with clients via in person sales meetings
• Addressing customer needs/concerns
• Compiling customer feedback and market intelligence
• Communicating with prospective customers via email, phone call, and onsite sales visits
• Documenting daily sales activities/accomplishments

Qualifications for the Sales Specialist:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Proficient in Spanish a plus
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Positive, personable and team oriented

Education Requirements:

• Associate’s degree is required
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
