Full description of the position

• Provide phone support to address the needs of patients or providers, taking care to thoroughly understand the type of assistance required
• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve patients or provider issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues
• May assist customers in navigating websites while encouraging and reassuring them to become self-sufficient in using our tools
• May contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance when needed

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry

• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
• In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services
• Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area
• Ability to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
