Full description of the position

• Manage a route of 200+ customers
• Insure the growth of both revenue and number of customers
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Safely operate company vehicle, sell and deliver ice cream products, on average of 100+ cases per day.
• Develop a relationship with and provide service and products to existing customers that insures customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Use PC process/system to manage customers in keying transactions, balance all route activities and follow daily am/pm procedures.
• Protect company assets, including collection of payments. This includes protection of the route representative, by diligently performing all duties in a safe manner.
• Class B CDL required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chattanooga, TN 37421: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
