Jewelry Sales experience is a plus!

Basic Job Duties:
- Set up displays & Clean up Jewelry store (Daily Merchandising)
- Answer Phone calls and ability to take detailed oriented messages
-Replying to Text Message Inquiries via store texting platform (CRM)
- Fine Jewelry Sales (Engagement Rings and Wedding Band knowledge is a plus! With our specifically curated formula and training, we help assist you in becoming your best self on and off the Sales Floor, we promise to make it easy!)
- Repair intake & Returns/ Preventative Maintenance based Repairs
- Knowledge of Diamonds (basics), Gemstones (Basic) and Precious Metals (Gold, Platinum, Silver, Etc.)
- Watch Battery Replacement & Watch Sizing
- Showroom Organization & Cleanliness (Team Effort)
- Directing Clients though Our State of the Art Website
- Social Awareness (Ears and Eyes Open)
- Basic Photo taking for Social Platforms & Website
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
