We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect inquiries. The sales support specialist's responsibilities include tracking sales leads, price, and part number verification, providing customer service, and supporting sales management and reps. The sales support specialist is also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.

Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries and following up with customers about their order status.
• Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.
• Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
• Recording sales trends and working with sale reps and management to develop sales strategies.
• Following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other issues.
• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
• Developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns, tracking, measuring, and reporting campaign results.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Constant Contact. Etc.

Sales Support Specialist

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
• Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PPT
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand HYTORC tools and products
• BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
