*** The earning potential for this position is $32,500.00 to $108,000.00 (annually) and includes commissions based upon guest experience and earned sales. ***

What You'll Do as a Lexus Guest Specialist

• Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free guest buying journey.
• Serve as a Lexus product expert by attending training for new products, features, and accessories and understanding how they benefit our guests.
• Exhibit a high level of commitment to providing a remarkable guest experience.
• Manage and maintain fantastic guest relationships that contribute to guest satisfaction while encouraging repeat and referral business.
• Establish personal income goals that align with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.

What You'll Need as a Lexus Guest Specialist

• Automotive sales experience is not required
• Ability and desire to make a positive impact with every interaction
• Compassionate communication skills
• Have the drive to create remarkable experiences by providing radical service
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Valid driver’s license
