Job Description:
The Analyst, Sales Operations will be responsible for the support of several strategic software products within Dimensional’s sales team, including a global CRM system and email automation tool. The role will interface with internal business customers and Technology teams. Daily work will focus on performing various product support, process support, and project contributor functions to develop efficient sales operations.
This position falls within the cross-functional CRM Product Team, whose mission is to enable the CRM ecosystem to drive the business processes and insights needed to create a holistic view of Dimensional’s global client relationships. The Global Client Group (GCG) Sales Operations division supports the day-to-day operational needs of the Sales group in the areas of business insights, technology product management, intermediary relationships, client onboarding, reporting, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Triage and provide complex product support for global users across various sales tools within the CRM ecosystem
- Partner with Technology and vendors to determine root causes of problems, providing sensible and deliberate solutions to users
- Create, update, and follow process runbooks as needed
- Create effective content for communications of product activities, presenting in small forums and team meetings
- Complete user data requests and verify the integrity of data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
- Liaise between Sales/Marketing and Technology, understanding how to collaborate and communicate with both groups effectively
- Contribute to projects in a business analysis function by documenting business and technical requirements and testing functionality
- Build relationships with global sales team and other departments to develop a robust understanding of business processes, client service offerings, and how teams use client systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years’ experience in business analysis, operations, technology support or similar role, including internships
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), etc.
- Strong analytical mindset; creative problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with imperfect information
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Dedicated team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM software) and testing tools such as Confluence and JIRA a plus
- Understanding of Agile principles and experience in the Financial Services Industry a plus
