Western Paper Distributors continues to grow! As a result, we are looking for entry-level Inside Sales Reps. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, renewing, and expanding the service relationships with our existing and prospective customer base. This is NOT a commission-based position! Instead, we offer a generous salary and a performance-based bonus. Sales experience is preferred but not required for this ground-floor opportunity to learn and grow with an accomplished sales team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Respond and react promptly to any incoming correspondence from customers
• Effectively communicate Western Paper's offerings to our customers
• Grow sales and margin dollars within the assigned customer base
• Expand the assigned customer base by making a stated minimum of outbound phone calls per day
• Anticipate and solve customers' supply chain issues
