We are seeking an individual to join our retail sales team. The best candidate will be a self-motivated, engaging individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will enjoy in-person customer relations, be able to build rapport with customers and make detailed recommendations to maximize product sales. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting merchandise.
• Provide recommendations for gifts and accessories.
• Greet and interact with customers.
• Participate in staff meetings and sales training programs.
• Monitor performance to ensure adequate customer service and satisfaction.
• Receive, unpack, and store merchandise.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
