Full description of the position

We are a CBD Distribution company with products such as plant based cosmetics along with other CBD products such as gummies, tinctures, vapes etc. We sell all over the country and participate in trade shows across different states. Looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects not only in person but over the phone as well. Attitude is everything! We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a solid sales background and is excited to earn uncapped commission. Sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers over the phone and in person on occasion
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads over the phone
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
