We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Manager with experience in sales and tiling/flooring to service our customers in the Midwest, servicing customers in Michigan, Northern Indiana and Northern Ohio, and ideal home base would be the Greater Detriot area or Grand Rapids area. Within this position, you will be supporting the technical and sales side of the business. If you have experience in general contracting, renovation, flooring, or tiles and you have experience in sales, we might have the perfect position for you!

Responsibilities:

• Promoting wedi product systems through educating and training our contractors, retailers, and distributors on construction sites, in stores, and in workshop events
• Educating and enabling distribution and retail partners to sell wedi product
• Managing and improving product mix and local inventory availability with distribution customers
• Establishing and maintaining new and existing relationships with our customers
• Provide technical application support and sales support to our distribution and retailer accounts via phone, email, and in person.

Qualifications:

• Must have a background and experience in sales and construction (tile, flooring, renovation, general contracting)
• Ability to travel 4 days a week to service customers
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent social skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with others and independently
• Self-motivated & self-disciplined
