Full description of the position

Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Daily contact with customers and providing customer service, while able to answer questions requiring general building material knowledge.
  • Establish rapport with customers, building long-term relationships
  • Ability to learn product knowledge to assist the customer in buying decisions.
  • Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Related sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independantly.
  • Knowledge of building materials and construction industry preferred, can train the right candidate
  • Willing to learn computer software as needed
  • Ability to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Able to problem solve, multitask and prioritize as needed.

Pay will be based on experience.
