We are a Real Estate Property Management Company needing a licensed support person for our Property Manager and Bookkeeper. This is an exciting opportunity to work with investors and learn all about investing and property management all while still having the opportunity to use your real estate license and collect commissions!

Job responsibilities are as follows:

Coordinating showings on Listings

Turning on and off Utilities

Putting together Listing and Sales Files

Managing the office phone.

Inputting information into our property management software

Depositing checks.

This company is new and growing quickly so there is plenty of room for growth!

Must be willing to move your license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chattanooga, TN 37411: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
