Responsibilities

• Consistently work team-provided buyer leads through their real estate journey according to their needs and goals
• Maintain a working knowledge of our current market to properly redefine buyer’s criteria and accurately answer client questions
• Conduct CMAs and discuss terms with clients to accurately write and present offers
• Work with team’s transaction coordinator through all aspects of the transaction from negotiations to acceptance to close
• Utilize team’s CRM to keep client information organized & up to date
• Participate in position-related training and education
• Ability to commit to attending weekly team meetings, coaching sessions, & training sessions

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License required
• 1+ year of proven Real Estate sales experience
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a genuine desire to make a family’s dream come true
• Committed to going above and beyond client needs and expectations
• Driven & motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally
• Familiarity with the North Dallas real estate market and trends, with a willingness to continue learning
• Exceptional communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• A professional, resilient, and growth-minded individual that thrives in a team environment
