Full description of the position

We are looking for a part-time (20 hours per week), Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a new initiative we have created at RSW/US called RSW/Connect ([please apply online]

Each SDR will be responsible for emailing and calling a pre-defined (mildly warm) list of prospects the client is interested in meeting with.

We are a fun, hard-working, and passionate team with a 4.4 (out of 5) star rating on Glassdoor.

This can be 100% remote, 100% in-office, or hybrid position.

This position could lead to a higher-paying, director position over time and could also lead to a full time role in the organization.

Compensation
Base salary range is $30k-$35k for 20 hours per week of work + quarterly bonuses.

A typical day
You are representing a group of non-competing firms and reaching out to prospects that they have some connection to/with.

You look like you are part of the firm. You have an email and voicemail box in their firm.

Your job is to set meetings for your client and to make sure those meetings occur (as best you can), and prepare your client for those meetings.

Requirements for the position
1+ years in a sales role, preferably inside sales
Strong organizational and communication skills
