About the Role

Our sales consultants help small business owners by determining which of our accounting services best suits their business needs. We offer four different services which include accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll. Many small business owners open their businesses not realizing that the world of accounting and taxes can be very complex and cumbersome. The goal is to help take this burden off of a small business owner's hands so they can focus on what they are good at, making money and growing their business! The best part about this is that we offer a service that people actually need!

We provide the support to make you successful!

It is not necessary to have previous sales experience. We have a comprehensive training program that will set you up for success in this type of specific sale. The key here will be the utilization of a script in order to aid you in getting the right message across to clients and ensuring we are addressing their pain points.

Requirements:

• Coachable and trainable individual
• Be enthusiastic and have a passion for helping people
• Have strong work ethic and thrive in a performance-based culture
• Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for appointments on warm leads expecting a call to set up consultation
• Promote specific products and services by holding sales consultations to sell our accounting services
• Evaluate the needs of each potential client by exploring their needs to match with the correct accounting services at the right time
• Attend classes and meetings designed to help you improve your skills
• Keep the CRM updated (Sales Force)
• Utilize our proven sales script to provide information that will help new business owners succeed

Compensation:

Paid training

We offer a supportive new hire commission plan that will transition into a lucrative long term commission plan after 120 days

Uncapped commission where successful sales closers are earning $100,000 - $200,000 per year
