MSI Sales: Official Records for Title Insurance

Job Description

MicroImaging Source, Inc. (MSI) serves Florida businesses by providing efficient and timely access to official records documents from 63 of the 67 Counties in the state of Florida. We also provide scanning services and equipment and Laserfiche document management solutions to all organizations that want to save the time and money usually required for managing their files.

In a growing and opportunity-rich environment, the MSI Official Records for Title Insurance Sales lead reports to the CEO and has the following roles and responsibilities:

• Pursue and address opportunities to expand MSI’s official title records services to Title Insurance companies in nearby states.
• Identify and develop out-of-state leads advanced by MSI’s current clients in Florida, attending conferences and trade shows, and conducting outreach via email and telephone campaigns.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Understand prospect needs, create and submit proposals, and close sales.
• Coordinate delivery and startup with MSI production and IT departments as appropriate.
• Follow up after the sale to maintain contact with and support customers.
• Work with MSI’s CEO and General Manager to integrate the growing business of services to nearby states with existing services providing official records from Florida counties.

The best candidates will have backgrounds combining professional business-to-business selling with experience in title insurance or related industries such as real estate or mortgage lending.

Compensation includes salary, benefits and incentive, with high potential in the current environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,406.70 - $124,194.44 per year
