Dogs On The Run is a luxury Pet Care Company with 20 years experience in the industry. We exist to provide pet parents with a solution in solving all their pet care needs. Clients contact us and explain what they are looking for and we "match/connect" pet parents with the perfect professional in our network. All DOTR professionals are qualified, experienced, bonded, insured, background checked and licensed.

We are looking for experienced luxury customer service representives to join our Admin team. This position will not only be in charge of day to day scheduling, quality control, coaching, solving problems, but doing so with consistency, empathy, as well as an obesession with being detail oriented. We are looking for professionals who want to lead a team and help take the company to the next level.

Skills: Must be experienced with utilizing mutiple service channels (email, chat, phone, text, etc) including Google platforms & general CRM’s. As well as experience working well under pressure. The perfect candidate can identify issues, share with management, and brainstorm solutions to rectify or modify process to constant improve what we do and how we do it!
