Comcast is hiring remote Business Services Representative (Inbound Sales). So, why is this great job? Our REMOTE team is responsible for inbound tele-sales efforts of Comcast services to small-to-medium business customers. ***Note: this is a REMOTE sales role and is open to individuals who reside within Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Vermont, Rhode Island, or Connecticut. In order to work from home, you do need a quiet workspace and internet that is at least 100 mbps.

Amazing compensation package:

• Base Pay: $15.87/hour
• Total target compensation (base pay plus targeted commission): $25.48/hour
• Uncapped commission based on performance
• Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets

Job qualifications:

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years related sales experience

Core responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales quotas by generating sales from inbound calls and follow-up with potential customers to sell Comcast Business Services through outbound calling.
• Build customer relationship starting with the initial call through close. Find innovative resolutions or escalate as necessary.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience by expertly and professionally representing Comcast Business Services to prospects and customers.
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, industry information, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date on daily basis.
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
