Full description of the position

The E-Commerce and Large Account Sales Specialist will be in charge of curating new business with E-Commerce customers and other large companies in the automotive aftermarket. Duties will include identifying and managing new customers, working with existing customers on data requirements, being the liaison between the customer and Enginetech’s IT and Catalog teams, and other duties as it relates to the position.

Duties/Responsibilities

· Assist E-Commerce Customers in their needs whether its data or questions

· Assist Catalog Manager in any editing or new parts images integration into catalog

· E-Commerce customer sales and customer onboarding

· Send customers Product of the monthly data sheet with part numbers

· Send flyers and marketing materials to customers on contact list

· Request Monthly update of ACES & PIES on FTP Site

· Data Manipulation to ACES & PIES if requested by customer

· Request to add a customer to inventory feed if requested by customer

· E-Commerce customer Onboarding

· Contact Web Developers for E-Commerce Customers that are onboarding if needed

· Attend E-Commerce Meetings with Customers

· Attend Vendor/Customer Online Workshops

· Add Customer Folder to FTP Site

· Coordinate EDI onboarding of customers

· Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Bachelors degree preferred.

· Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements as it relates to E-Commerce.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Ability to multitask and complete work.

· Thorough knowledge of territory and market

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Organized with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
