Centrally located in Carrollton, TX, Cobra Trading, Inc. is a member of FINRA, NFA and SIPC. Our firm is currently looking for a motivated individual to fill our Active Trader Support and Sales position.

Description of Position

This position is the perfect for the candidate who excels in customer support, relationship management and enjoys sales. Applicants who have prior trade support or relative call center experience with an online brokerage or similar company will find this position energizing. The role will require the ability to quickly respond to customer requests, place orders, and assist traders. The perfect candidate must be a self-starter, be motivated to advance herself/himself and bring high energy to our team. Additionally, there is a sales component to this position and it is essential that you enjoy sales to fully succeed in this role. Year-end bonuses are achievable given the drive and desire to succeed in the sales portion of this role.

Specific Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Trade Support
• Software Support
• Sales

Hours expected for this position:

6:00am to 3:30pm M-F, with market holidays off and PTO days available.

or

7:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F, with market holidays off and PTO days available

Requirements and Qualifications of Position

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Series 7 and 63 licenses (required)
• Motivated and energetic personality
• Knowledge of trading platforms
• Must thoroughly enjoy sales calls and prospect follow up
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
• Excellent customer service skills

Prefer (but not required)

• Familiarity with Level II trading software
• Trading experience or previous trade support

All qualified candidates will be considered. Base salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 with potential year-end bonus. SEP-IRA participation after 3 years.
