We are looking for a responsible, dependable and resourceful person to perform a variety of tasks in a sales support role
The ideal candidate will be cheerful, helpful, and willing to learn with a can-do attitude. We look for a good telephone manner and the ability to organize time.
If you have previous experience in a service business or as customer support, sales support, or office admin, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, a successful Admin will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our sales department's activities.
Responsibilities
- Proactively call customers and outside contacts, as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Customer support and follow-up
- Office Management support including excellent organizational skills, workflow, etc. - flexible and resourceful to handle whatever office work needs to be taken care of.
- General support to technicians, vendors, and management team.
- Skills
- Outgoing and cheerful personality; great telephone manner
- Organization, scheduling, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Work flow management and attention to detail
- Must have good computer skills; we are primarily a paperless office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
