We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join the team and help with account management and customer service. You will be part of the dynamic Inside Sales Team that acts as the liaison between customers, the engineering department, and other departments of the company. Your primary focus will be sales growth and building relationships with your accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Respond to inquiries from customers and prospects
• Liaison between the customer and other departments
• Work with Engineering to provide cost effective solutions
• Work with other departments to ensure on time deliveries
• Provide timely follow up

Core Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of exceptional customer satisfaction
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering environment
• ERP systems experience, preferably Macola
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Team player
• Desire to learn all aspects of a successful business
