Now Hiring - Pulsarlube USA, Inc. - Sales Representative in Chicago, IL

This position will be responsible for conducting a new business development, work with distributors and customers by identifying their needs. The overall objective is to seek someone who is a team player and create positive synergy to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Determine market strategies and goals, which supports annual business plan and achieve sales target
• Maintains and expands existing accounts and establishes new accounts
• Assist customers with product selections and provide quotes by referring to price list
• Keeps management informed by updating sales activities on CRM platform(SalesForce)
• Monitor competitiors and research marketplace frequently
• Respond to customer's needs and complaints, investigate problems and present solutions
• Travels to provide plant survey & on-site product training and to participate in trade shows

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in industrial sales or related field is a plus
• Excellent account management, negotiation and closing skills
• Proven problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication both verbal and writing
• Team player with collaborative style and good listening skills
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Base salary starting 40K + commission
