Schwarzschild Keller & George is hiring Professional Sales Consultants for our growing luxury Jewelry Store in Charlottesville. The position is full time with flexible hours, salary plus commissions, and full benefits package including 401K with match. Wonderful work-life balance.

Company Profile: Schwarzschild is a growing, full service, family owned Jewelry Company with eleven stores nationwide. In Charlottesville we carry such national brands as Omega, Lagos, Roberto Coin, Marco Bicego, Charles Krypell, Hearts on Fire, Mikimoto, Fire and Ice, and many more.

Job Responsibilities include: Spending 80-90 percent of your day engaging clients in showroom and turning shoppers into buyers while building a long term relationships. Working in client development activities while not engaged with a customer. Other major responsibilities include being a great teammate, keeping the store spotless and perfectly displayed, working on improving selling skills with Manager, cleaning glass, and being security conscious, among others.

Qualifications: Luxury experience preferred, not required. Consultative selling background preferred. Must have a passion for people and creating a first class luxury experience for your clients. Must be coachable, competitive, and show a willingness to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of Computers/I-Pads preferred. Willingness to learn is vital. Team oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
