Vander Haag's offers an enormous parts selection that includes used, refurbished, and new truck and trailer components. Our Heavy Duty Truck Parts Sales team is at the center of this process, assisting customers with finding the parts they need to get their truck back on the road.

We currently have a full time opening for a Parts Sales position at our new store location in Dallas, TX! The position requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills in a fast paced environment. An ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills as well as basic computer skills. Having some mechanical knowledge is a plus, but is not required. We will invest in training and development for the right candidate. This position will often interact with Spanish speaking customers, so the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish (as well as English) is required.

Responsibilities of the job include: selling new, used, and rebuilt heavy duty truck parts; assisting walk in customers at the parts counter; working with the service department for parts needed in the shop; taking parts calls by phone; assisting with inventory control; and prospecting and cold calling on potential new customers.

Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday mornings by rotation.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000/year.
