Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential real estate
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Host open houses and other events

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, sales, or other related fields preferred, but not required
• Have passed Colorado Real Estate School as well as State and National Tests preferred, but not required

Pay: $77,413.00 - $200,000.00 per year
