At CYDF, we believe how an interaction begins and ends has a profound effect on how a client remembers their entire experience. We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate at the front desk to create a welcoming greeting, sealed with genuine farewells that are positive and leave a lasting impression on our clients. Whether taking reservations or helping a guest feel comfortable while waiting for their facial, you will play an important role by exceeding customer service expectations and providing a sense of belonging.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous Retail Sales experience or Customer Service experience
• Strongly desired: experience with Boulevard Online software, previous spa experience, public speaking and/or theater/improv experience
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (or similar program)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
