Toyota Carlsbad has a BDC Sales Assistant . Toyota Carlsbad BDC Sales Assistant is responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relations through outbound calls, emails, texts and assisting the team in achieving department goals. The Business Devolvement Department works with customers who have reached out by providing information and assisting with scheduling appointments.

Major Essential Duties:

• Inbound/outbound call activity assisting customers.
• Working with the team to grow the Business Development department
• Answering customer inquiries with a professional attitude and manner
• Learning and understanding processes that help improve department goals
• Confirming, setting, and following up with sales appointments
• Gathering information for customers and getting information back to them in a timely manner.
• Following up with clients via email, text, and outbound calls
• Establishing rapport with customers, making them feel unique and valued.
• Working with customers who want to explore options selling their vehicle
• Assisting with opportunities and alerts in the Customer Data Base.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working with customers via Phone, email, and text.
• Career minded desire to work with a highly successful company in the Automotive industry
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to professionally build rapport with clients.
• Customer service skills with an ability to help resolve customer issues.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and days.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Associates Degree or College Certificate a plus
