Legacy is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to serve our three (3) senior, high-rise, affordable properties located in the Detroit, Michigan area. The Administrative Coordinator provides outstanding service and is responsible for organizing processes such as inspections, time management, budgets, inventory, and legal as well as reviewing reports. This position prepares for UPCS or REAC inspections at multiple locations and will be the conduit between different departments, vendors, staff, and residents. This position links the elderly, people with disabilities, and low-income families to supportive services and other community resources. In addition to performing a wide range of administrative and office duties, this position facilitates programs and services such as health and wellness, job training, and transportation. The Administrative Coordinator is a vital part of our team and must be organized and highly detailed with the capability to track and meet deadlines. Teamwork with the ability to work within different departments and with other staff is necessary to be successful. Qualifications:
· Customer service oriented
· Associates degree or industry training preferred
· 3 or more years of related experience and/or training
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as PHA reports, budgets, financial reports and review and/or write reports and correspondences with strong attention to detail
· Ability to handle confidential information
· Real Estate license required within 6 months of employment
· Proficiency in MS Office products
· COS in Public Housing preferred
· Yardi experience preferred
· Must be willing to travel to various property locations to provide assistance
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Responsibilities:
· Reviews monthly reports for accuracy
· Responsible for managing quality control of processes and services to clients and residents
· Develops reporting process to measure benchmark goals
· Establishes and maintains effective working relationships
· Follows written and verbal instructions
· Oversight of legal, time management, budget, cost, inventory, quality control and inspection process
· Performs unit and grounds inspections as needed
· Identifies areas not meeting portfolio standards and develops corrective plans
· Maintains necessary inventory and ensures ordering on a Just-In-Time (JIT) basis, meeting budget constraints
· Works toward continual improvement of the overall organization

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
