As an Account Manager Trainee, you will partner with the senior management team to create a highly productive environment where customers have a fantastic experience. The Account Manager Trainee will meet regularly with management, recommend different product options to consumers, and enhance our organization’s growth through positive engagements with clients and consumers.

Duties:

• Collaborate with team members to accomplish organizational goals.

• Provide excellent customer service, including face-to-face sales.

• Speaking with customers while logging information, following different processes, and navigating multiple tools.

• Maintain knowledge of marketing techniques to appeal to consumers

• Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers

• Seeks opportunities to grow our clients’ business and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred

• Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Must love working with people and be comfortable in a face-to-face environment

• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
