This role will be known as Sales Operations Coordinator among colleagues and within the PRO business. Within the broader SCJ organization, the job is graded as a Sr. Associate, Sales, Planning and Operations
Job Summary:
The role of Sales Operations Coordinator is to work with and support the SC Johnson Professional Sales Team. This role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and will assist in activities designed to develop and implement tools, processes, metrics and reports which will provide efficiency, insight, coordination and key performance indicators to underpin sales and business performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Coordinator needs to have proven process management skills and experience in data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
CRM/ERP
  • Have a working knowledge of CRM systems (ex. Salesforce, SalesLogix) as well as an ERP system (ex. SAP) to provide onboarding and continuous training.
  • Act as a super user of the CRM system.
  • Become an expert in the Order to Cash Business Process and provide SAP support and reporting as requested by internal stakeholders.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes, build and test improved process, then train key users.
  • Provide analytical support for reporting out of CRM and ERP systems.
  • Execute KPI reporting and audit compliance within the CRM system for the sales organization.
Bid Desk Management
  • Create a process for identifying open government, education and military bids within our product range in our online bid platform.
  • Facilitate distribution of bids to sales organization, manage the life cycle of the bid from CRM entry, acceptance/rejection of proposal, buyer relationship and CRM validation for win or loss of bids.
  • Execute KPI reporting and audit compliance within the Bid Desk process for the sales organization.
Master Data Management
  • Own the creation of new customers, changes to existing customers and setup of new sales personnel in the SAP system.
  • Manage requests from internal departments, provide support and follow up when needed.
  • Track requests and provide recommendations for improvements in process.
Performance Measurement
  • Monthly reporting on EOM sales results, in addition to OTC metrics
  • Point of Sales Data Analysis
  • Project management within Sales Operations, Customer Service, and internal departments
Continuous Improvement
  • Demonstrate Lean Management training and experience.
  • Project Management – Manage continuous improvement projects utilizing operational excellence process.
