Allure is excited to be a part of the wonderful community of Moline Illinois. Allure Healthcare services is seeking a nurse liaison to market and onsite patients for admissions into several Allure buildings. This is a Full Time, Salaried role.

Responsibilities of the Nurse Liaison:

• Responsible for census development through direct sales/marketing to physicians, physician groups, hospital staff, managed care organizations, case managers, social workers and other community healthcare professionals
• Screen prospective residents in both the acute and community setting
• Perform on-site clinical and financial assessments to determine appropriateness of admission
• Work with residents, families and professionals to facilitate efficient admission
• Work with the facilities to establish them in the community
• Must be organized, a self starter, passionate, and a go getter and trend setter.

Requirements:
Requirements of the Liaison:

• Previous experience as an Marketing Director is preferred
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care environment is required
• Experience in Marketing and Admissions
• Working knowledge of the patient referral process for Long-Term Care
• Contacts with local medical groups preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Moline, IL 61265: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Nursing: 1 year (Required)
